Cuponpe Vendor Terms & Conditions :
1. Online Coupon Program
The minimum coupon quantity for an online coupon campaign is 100 coupons, unless otherwise agreed between CuponPe and the Vendor.
2. CuponPe Services
Depending on the selected campaign or service plan, CuponPe may provide:
- Digital coupon design and creation
- Unique coupon code generation
- QR code generation, where applicable
- Digital coupon distribution to potential customers
- Promotional and marketing support, where applicable
- Coupon claim and redemption tracking
- Customer action and campaign performance tracking
- Vendor dashboard or reporting access, where applicable
- Campaign insights to help the Vendor understand coupon performance and customer response
The exact services provided will depend on the Vendor's selected plan, campaign, or service agreement.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete business and offer information
- Clearly defining the discount, offer, validity period, and redemption conditions
- Honoring all valid coupons presented by customers
- Maintaining sufficient stock, inventory, or service capacity during the campaign period
- Providing the products or services promised under the advertised offer
- Handling customer service, product/service quality, and issues related to the redeemed offer
- Informing CuponPe of any changes to the offer before such changes are implemented
4. Coupon Redemption
Each individual digital coupon code may be redeemed one time only, unless a different redemption limit is clearly specified and approved for the campaign.
The Vendor is responsible for verifying the coupon before accepting the redemption.
CuponPe may provide tools or systems to assist with coupon verification and redemption tracking; however, the Vendor remains responsible for confirming the actual transaction at the point of redemption.
5. Campaign Approval
Before a campaign is activated, the Vendor must approve all relevant campaign details, including:
- Offer/discount
- Coupon quantity
- Validity period
- Redemption conditions
- Redemption limits
- Eligible products or services
- Any additional restrictions
Once approved and activated, changes to campaign details may require review or approval by CuponPe.
6. Offer Accuracy & Availability
The Vendor must ensure that all information displayed through the CuponPe platform is accurate and not misleading.
The Vendor must honor the advertised offer throughout the approved campaign period, subject to the stated terms and conditions.
CuponPe is not responsible for situations where a Vendor fails to maintain sufficient inventory, service capacity, or availability.
7. Fees & Payments
Any applicable setup fees, design fees, subscription fees, campaign fees, promotional fees, or other service charges will be communicated to the Vendor before the relevant service begins.
Fees are non-refundable once the agreed work or service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CuponPe.
8. Customer & Campaign Data
CuponPe may collect and process coupon-related information, including coupon claims, coupon redemptions, campaign activity, and relevant customer actions for the purpose of:
- Operating the coupon service
- Verifying and tracking coupon usage
- Providing campaign reports
- Measuring campaign performance
- Improving the CuponPe platform and services
Any use of personal information will be subject to CuponPe's applicable Privacy Policy.
9. Platform Role & Limitation of Responsibility
CuponPe acts as a coupon-based marketing and customer acquisition platform that helps Vendors distribute offers, encourage customer action, track coupon activity, and understand campaign performance.
CuponPe does not directly control the quality, availability, delivery, pricing, or fulfillment of products or services offered by Vendors.
Any dispute relating to product/service quality, availability, customer service, fulfillment, or the actual purchase transaction shall primarily be the responsibility of the Vendor and the customer concerned.
10. Campaign Suspension or Termination
CuponPe reserves the right to reject, suspend, modify, or terminate a campaign if:
- The campaign violates CuponPe policies
- The offer information is misleading or inaccurate
- The Vendor fails to honor valid coupons
- The campaign creates customer complaints or misuse
- The campaign is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or customers
- The Vendor violates these Terms & Conditions
Where reasonably possible, CuponPe may notify the Vendor before suspension or termination.
11. Vendor Agreement
By registering for or participating in the CuponPe Vendor Program, the Vendor confirms that:
- The information provided to CuponPe is accurate
- The Vendor has the authority to offer the advertised products/services
- The Vendor agrees to honor valid coupons according to the approved campaign terms
- The Vendor agrees to these Terms & Conditions and applicable CuponPe policies
- The Vendor accepts responsibility for fulfilling the advertised offer
12. Changes to These Terms
CuponPe may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, platform, policies, or operational requirements.
Continued use of the CuponPe Vendor Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
