No Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • All digital coupon design, creation, campaign setup, coupon code generation, marketing, subscription, and platform service fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Cancellation requests made after payment confirmation will generally not be accepted.
  • Low coupon claims, redemptions, customer response, or campaign performance will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where CuponPe fails to deliver the specifically agreed service due solely to reasons attributable to CuponPe.
  • By proceeding with registration and payment, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate and complete business information, including business name, address, contact details, and other relevant information.
  • The Client is responsible for providing valid offer details, discount structures, coupon terms, and campaign requirements.
  • The Client must ensure that all offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • The Client shall be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, product-related issues, and after-sales support, where applicable.
  • The Client must maintain adequate stock, inventory, or service capacity to fulfill customer demand generated through Coupon Mart campaigns.
  • The Client is solely responsible for honoring all valid coupons, discounts, and promotional offers published through Coupon Mart.
  • Any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the Client may result in campaign suspension or termination without prior notice.

Service Provider Responsibilities

  • CuponPe shall deliver the agreed digital coupon services, campaign setup, and promotional support within the mutually agreed timeline.
  • CuponPe will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and functionality for active digital coupon campaigns.
  • CuponPe will provide basic technical and operational support during the active campaign period, where applicable.
  • CuponPe will assist with digital coupon creation, coupon code generation, QR code generation, and campaign setup as included in the selected service plan.
  • CuponPe will provide coupon claim, redemption tracking, campaign performance data, and reporting features where included in the selected service plan.
  • CuponPe may temporarily suspend or restrict services for maintenance, upgrades, security requirements, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • CuponPe shall not be responsible for losses or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Vendor, customer misuse, third-party platform failures, internet/service interruptions, or events beyond CuponPe's reasonable control.

Termination Policy

  • CuponPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any campaign, service, or Vendor account if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Services may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized use of the coupon system.
  • Any violation of CuponPe's Terms & Conditions, policies, or agreed campaign requirements may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • CuponPe may remove or disable any coupon campaign, Vendor listing, or account that violates platform guidelines or business policies.
  • In case of termination due to policy violations, all applicable subscription, campaign, setup, or service fees shall remain non-refundable.
  • CuponPe may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect customers, Vendors, and the integrity of the platform.
  • Termination of services does not release the Vendor from any outstanding payments, obligations, or liabilities incurred before termination.

Limitation of Liability

  • CuponPe shall not be responsible for any loss of business revenue, profits, sales, opportunities, or expected earnings arising from the use of its services.
  • CuponPe shall not be liable for misuse, abuse, unauthorized sharing, duplication, or fraudulent use of coupons by customers or third parties.
  • CuponPe shall not be responsible for service interruptions, downtime, data loss, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party providers, internet failures, hosting services, payment gateways, software platforms, or other factors beyond CuponPe's reasonable control.
  • CuponPe shall not be liable for customer disputes, product or service quality issues, stock shortages, delivery delays, refund claims, or other complaints arising from the Vendor's business operations.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, CuponPe's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Vendor for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, CuponPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.

Agreement Acceptance

By signing, checking the acceptance box, or submitting this form, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, policies, responsibilities, limitations, and obligations stated in this Agreement.

The Vendor confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete and agrees to comply with all CuponPe policies, operational guidelines, and campaign requirements.

Submission of this form constitutes the Vendor's acceptance of this Agreement and the applicable terms between the Vendor and CuponPe, subject to applicable law.

Payment Terms

  • Client agrees to pay 100% advance payment before service activation.
  • No service will begin without full payment confirmation.
  • All payments are non-refundable once processing starts.
